Diet Reinforcement

Even after becoming convinced that it is healthiest to avoid animal protein, and even after becoming completely grossed out as I have learned more about the animal industry (its cruel and unhealthy conditions), I still have a hard time avoiding animal protein 100%. I’ve cut down consumption of animal protein significantly, but still occasionally crave cheese, steak, and cheeseburgers (especially while pregnant!). So, I have created this section to gross me out from eating animal protein, for when my notes on its harmful health consequences isn’t strong enough to do the trick.
