DELICIOUS Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

One of my favorite vegan bakeries in NYC is Babycakes.  After spending quite a bit over the summer on its delicious chocolate chip cookies, I finally decided to buy the cookbook so that we can make them at home.  From the taste, you would never guess that the cookies are vegan.  And, I feel like I can eat as many as I want and not gain weight!  No one in our household can have just one!!

Amazing Black Bean Brownies
